This policy explains how digital access is delivered on Quizotoon

Quizotoon does not ship physical products. All products are delivered digitally through your account.

1. Digital Delivery & Quizo Member Tag

Once you purchase any product on Quizotoon, you receive a special status called “Quizo Member”.

This membership remains active until your purchased product or plan expires. During this time, you get full access to the content included in your plan.

2. Access Verification

Your product access and membership status are verified directly from our database. If your plan is active, access is automatically granted to your account.

3. Technical Issues & Support

If any issue occurs — such as content not opening or access not working — you can contact us for support.

We carefully review every request and usually respond within 2–3 weeks, depending on the issue.

4. Fair Usage & Valid Reasons

To prevent misuse, support requests must include a valid and genuine reason.

We verify the issue using our system records before taking any action.

5. Resolution Process

If your issue is valid, we will create a suitable solution or plan to restore your access or resolve the problem fairly.

6. No Physical Shipping

Since all Quizotoon products are digital, no physical shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply.
