1. Digital Products & Privacy

All products on Quizotoon are digital educational products. Due to the nature of digital content and user privacy, refunds are generally not provided.

2. No Refund for Low-Cost Plans

Plans priced between ₹0 – ₹1000 are non-refundable. This rule exists to protect content privacy and prevent misuse.

3. Refund Eligibility for High-Cost Products

Refunds may be considered only for products priced above ₹1500, and only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Payment has been successfully received
• Your subscription or session has not expired
• You have used only 20–30% of the total validity
• Example: If you purchased a monthly plan, refund requests are allowed only within the first 10 days

4. Refund Approval

If all conditions are matched, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refunds are reviewed manually to ensure fairness and security.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us securely with:

• Your registered email address
• Product name or plan details
• Payment proof or transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
